Industry News  –  CREDA delivers the latest information on industry trends. You automatically receive a subscription to Development magazine, which is published quarterly.  The CREDA Network Newsletter and Green Development News bring industry and association news to members' e-mail boxes on a regular basis.

Advocacy  –  Advocacy on the national, state and local level is one of the most important functions of CREDA. The Government Affairs department monitors activities on Capitol Hill and at State and Local levels.  Legislative and regulatory issues impacting  the commercial real estate industry are reviewed and issues of concerned are brought to the memberships attention.  CREDA provides elected officials with valuable information, research  and insight into the Commercial Real Estate Industry and its importance to the overall economy.
