The listing of the Chapter’s Board of Directors and Past Presidents reads like a “who’s who” for the Tampa Bay area’s commercial real estate development industry. I’m proud to be associated with these leaders who commit a great deal of time to further our industry and advance the professionalism of its members.

2007 has been a busy year for programs with the addition of the Broker Bowl and a luncheon series with informative speakers discussing industry and state topics. Next year promises to be just as active with several new programs that will offer our membership ample opportunity to network with other industry professionals.

Tampa Bay Watch continues to grow in popularity. Each month, we have an informal discussion of the issues with influential government officials and community leaders. Check out the calendar of events and register on-line.

NAIOP members can use their membership number to access key website resources - the membership directory and government affairs page. The directory can provide you with the information you need on your peers or can be used to connect with your fellow members by e-mail. The government affairs page offers NAIOP’s position statements on “core” issues, advocacy letters you can adapt to your letterhead, and the meeting minutes of the Public Affairs Committee.

This website provides other features you’ll discover as you explore. naioptb.org is undergoing major changes, we hope you will be patient with us as we continue to update our site to make it more 'user friendly'.
