Newly-elected Hillsborough County Commissioner Kathy Castor met with more thirty NAIOP members at the February 18, 2003 Tampa Bay Watch. The Commissioner addressed transportation, city-county cooperation, regionalism, fiscal impact analysis models, and much more. She also answered questions. The Watch meeting was hosted by Rhea Law and the Fowler White Law Firm in downtown Tampa.
