Tampa Bay Market Remains Active
The message delivered during
the annual NAIOP Tampa Bay "Broker Update" was that
development opportunities remain despite the national economic
slowdown.
A crowd of 200 real estate
professionals gathered at the Marriott Westshore Hotel on July 25,
2001 and heard seven top brokers analyze the state of the Tampa Bay
property development market. Stevens Tombrink of USAA Realty Company
organized and hosted the event.
The presenters were: Kyle Burd,

Wakefield, "Office"; Liz Ruiz, Brian Rettig, and Gary Bauer,

Attendees enjoyed breakfast and took notes during the
