Advocacy – Advocacy on the national, state and local level is one of the most important functions of NAIOP. The Government Affairs department monitors activities on Capitol Hill and at State and Local levels. Legislative and regulatory issues impacting the commercial real estate industry are reviewed and issues of concerned are brought to the memberships attention.
