Join NAIOP Tampa Bay for a Holiday Happy Hour at SunTrust Financial Centre's 11th Floor outdoor terrace - The Verve.  Enjoy beautiful views of downtown Tampa while you socialize and enjoy open bar & hors d'oeuvres.  Laurie Alden from Highwoods Properties will give an overview of the recent updates to the building and tours of The Verve and the 2nd floor amenities space will be available.
