Join NAIOP Tampa Bay for tour of the newly renovated Tampa Theatre, followed by drinks & appetizers at CW's Gin Joint on Wednesday, June 27 from 5:00-7:30 p.m.  In the fall of 2017, Tampa Theatre undertook the most extensive restoration project in the historic movie palace since 1976. The $6M project includes a complete restoration of the paint and plaster in the lobby and a new concessions stand. In the auditorium new seats, carpet and drapes were installed to return the theatre to the original 1926 design. Following the tour, we will walk to CW's Gin Joint for drinks, appetizers & socializing.  Your registration includes a guided tour of the Tampa Theatre, two drink tickets & appetizers at the Gin Joint.

SCHEDULE
5:00 p.m. - Arrive at Tampa Theatre
5:15 p.m.  - Tour of Tampa Theatre begins
5:50 p.m. - Tour concludes, walk to CW's Gin Joint
6 p.m. - Drinks & Appetizers at CW's Gin Joint
7:30 p.m. - Event concludes

This event is $50 for NAIOP members and $60 for guests and non-members. The Tampa Theatre is located at 711 N. Franklin Street, Tampa, 33602.  CW's Gin Joint is located at Franklin Exchange, 633 Franklin Street, Tampa 33602. Valet parking is available for a fee, plus self-parking for a fee in the lot across the street from the venue.
